By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ncp42 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use ncp42's services, you must meet the following requirements:
Ncp42 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any individual suspected of not meeting the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ncp42 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. This information will be verified by ncp42 and must match your bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ncp42 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Under no circumstances should you share your login credentials with any other party.
All financial transactions on the ncp42 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are from a legitimate source and constitute their own personal money.
Deposit: ncp42 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX services, and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account registered under the same name as the ncp42 account. ncp42 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to internal verification procedures.
Fraud & Money Laundering: Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be terminated immediately. Any remaining balance in such accounts may be forfeited at ncp42's discretion.
Ncp42 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers during the deposit or withdrawal process.
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users of the ncp42 platform:
Ncp42 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Ncp42 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including gaming losses, service interruptions, technical issues, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond ncp42's reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and ncp42 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of its services.
All content on the ncp42 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the intellectual property of ncp42 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from ncp42.
The ncp42 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. ncp42 has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties before engaging with their services.
Ncp42 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Your continued use of the ncp42 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the ncp42 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
